Have you ever added freshly harvested hops to the brewing process?
Have you ever truly experienced the aroma of beer from hops?
At the Himeji Hop Farm Test Site, we cultivate hops on repurposed abandoned farmland.
We use these hops for brewing and raise a toast together with Himeji craft beer!
Join us at KOGANE BREWERY, located at the foot of the World Heritage Site, Himeji Castle,
and experience the brewing process firsthand.
The relationship between Himeji Castle and the surrounding satoyama (traditional countryside) is deeply rooted in history—this very land has been offering its bounty to the lords of the past!
Discover the charm of the Himeji Castle area,
brew craft beer using locally harvested hops,
and let's celebrate together with a glass of Himeji craft beer!
